I just wanted to remind everyone that we also have an irc channel, #baka-updates @ irc.irchighway.net, and that you can also report new releases using the "!report" command. You can also report group changes, series changes, or whatever you think we should know. We have many people using the online http submit form for releases, and your support has been great, but we would also like to remind you of the alternative in case you prefer it. Once again, thank you to the community for your gracious support. We couldn't do it without you! :-)

I've just added a very limited feature that has been requested over and over again. If you click on a genre while viewing a series, it will pop open a window with an option to "View other series with this genre". I am writing an expansion to this which will allow you to search by genre selection in the future--but for now this will have to work.

Since we don't have a way to really display new additions to our reviews database, I'll announce them here for now. We have a new review, "Togari" by Cypher-Khan.
I spiffed up the reviews section a little bit. The reviews now have an overall rating (which is the combined rating of all 5 sub-ratings) which is displayed by some cool looking stars, and if the series is in our database, an image is now shown next to the review. Just a little heads up! More cool stuff to come!
I've changed the way new releases are displayed. Hopefully people will find it a bit easier to see whats new and what not. Give me some feedback in our new poll!
Update I should probably also mention that you can see older releases by clicking on the "View Archive" button on the releases page.

Yeeeeah....we're back!! We have finally completed the transition over to the new host. Sorry for any inconvinience caused during the transition time, but we were not granted with any better alternatives by our previous host. We hope this move will be permanent and that everyone will experience faster site access time.
