Digital "Publishers"
We will begin removing digital retailers (such as INKR and Mangamo) as the "English Publisher" for series that have an actual publisher (like Kodansha USA). Just because you can buy/view a series on a digital platform does not mean they are the publisher. Otherwise you may as well list Amazon or ComiXology as the publisher for a bunch of series.

And a small reminder that we are an English site. For example, do not list French or Spanish publishers in the "English Publisher" field. And scanlation groups that do not release chapters in English will be rejected.

While I do agree that Inkr and the like aren't publishers. Is it possible that you can make a little note that you can find the comic on Inkr. Kodansha doesn't have their own app, so being able to know where some of their comics are at (app wise) is nice.

It's a good idea if they want to add features for affiliate links like the ones we find on aggregator sites. But for this information (from the past) it has always been done manually by google it. Although I can understand that everyone wants to go easy, because some (really) don't know where to look. But I still recommend putting in your own effort first before asking.

Because in fact now it's not that difficult. Official publisher sites are usually helpful, so take advantage of them. For example, this title appears on multiple platforms, and as far as I'm concerned the information is accurate:
Space Brothers (Kodansha USA)

Edit : I forgot to mention that this publisher is most active in digital reading (marketing) than any other publisher. So we can find the rest in the usual places like Amazon or Comixology.

I also would like to suggest that users vigilantly update series that no longer licensed by publisher (this is especially so for digital publishers).

I've regularly stumbled on series that when I look up at the digital publisher sites (Renta, mangaplanet, etc) that they already been removed. These publisher usually announce when they remove content due to license expiry and what not so. So if people can be vigilant when updating license I hope that people can also be vigilant to update expired license.
