I have my first final in...4 hours...so I gotta make this quick.

no option for only liking doujin that are written by a mangaka as a sidestory or continuation to the published manga like Miyamoto Kano and several others.

There are some things ill read a doujinshi for, others I just cant.
Others being the ones where I have to much respect for the characters, like inuyasha never read a dojin involving that series and hopefilly never will...

I also don't have an option: I read doujin occassionally, and the stuff I read is all types: (hentai down to perfectly clean). I have nothing against the stuff, just not interested by a lot of it.

Don't like/read option for me. Though, by doujin, I understand stuff that's not written by the same mangaka as the manga it's related to.
And there might be rare exceptions, but mostly, they're just as crappy as most fanfic, so I stay away. Do not have the patience to dig for the only good one in a hundred.

If I'm not reading my favorite scanlated manga, then I'm probably going to check out some doujins in the meantime...My choice in doujinshi is typically those with mature content. If my preferred fetish is apart of the doujinhi's theme, it's an added bonus. ^_^

There is no entry in the new poll for "I occasionally read doujinshi, but most of them are uninteresting particularly where the characters behaviour is almost unrecognisable compared to how they act in the original work, in others the art isn't good enough to finish reading it, but occasionally there are some that work really well, particularly where they take the characters in a humorous direction when the original work is more serious, and I like dogs more than cats"
