Crying is for pansies and weak women folk.
real men do not cry!
At most, we sweat from our eyeballs. Big sweaty drops of manliness.

Yay! Milk chocolate won! X3 (Even though I love them all...)
Voted for third option in this one. Has only happened a few times though, mainly for romances that deal with tragic moments or when it's a bad (sad) break up like in Bokura ga Ita.
Ohh,Lammy never said if he ever cried when reading manga~O_O

probably, a bit too late, but ignore if you will; tragedies (i'm using that term loosely, so those who are against the degradation of the connotation of the word, i humbly apologize) aren't always the only reason to cry.
i'll use One Piece as an example, simply because i remember it the most: Luffy's declaration to Nami that she's his friend after Arlong lost, Hiruluk's Sakura, Vivi's choice of staying in Alabasta all the while still considered a crewmate, the ringing of the Golden Bell, Luffy calling Robin to come home after Lucci's defeat, and Brook's joy finding out about Laboon's current status. none are so much as tragic, as they are joyful to the point of tears.
all i'm saying is: maybe a choice in the poll where you do cry, but not because it's tragic, but because of other causes (joy, respect, frustration, etc.)?

Last few episodes of Air TV, which is an AMAZING anime series. I didn't really cry but I could feel my tears.
Now then... time to take some steroids and pump some iron to feel manly again <_<.

Can pretty much tear up for any movie, tv show, or anime but can never cry while reading a manga.

Can finally say that a manga made me cry, and that series is Itsuya-san.
