No and Yes.
When I was younger, I dreamt about Mixed things like Anime/Manga/Novel/Movies/Stories, in particular stories where I was invincible protagonist of that dream (or sometimes just a bystander), like everyone is "WOW!!" looking at me or just random daily life and things. But, times like that are rare. Actually I don't dream much or maybe I just don't know I've dream. I sleep like a dead wood you see. Even if the surrounding is noisy, I can do well sleeping.

P.S. Oh! On that subject, I normally sleep like a dragon. And find myself in a dungeon in the morning regularly.

No. The closest would be me playing a videogame in a dream or something. Not that i have many lucid dreams.

I rarely remember my dreams, but from what I do remember, only once, and even in that instance the setting and characters were from was a manhwa (A Night of a Thousand Dreams, to be exact), not a manga. Odd, because manhwa make up a very small percentage of my reads.

And I've never had an anime-esque dream at all. Which is weird because I have Hollywood movie-esque dreams all the time - mostly horror and thriller - even though I watch only a handful of those compared to my much more intensive anime-watching.

Maybe it's that manga and anime consume so much of my waking thoughts that there's no room for them in my dreams laugh

No I've not had any dreams about manga's I've read but had it happen with some books, films or series I read/watched before going to sleep. Most of the time I just know that it was this or that movie, serie or book while I dream about it.

Well anyway it is not really my favourite way to wake up because when I notice that I know it I'll wake up and have trouble falling asleep again.

I ever dreamt about being taught swordfight by Miyamoto Musashi (Vagabond). Somehow I was taught that at my junior high school place (in the ceremony hall).

Nothing fancy happened I guess, just some chit-chat n some swordfight. But it left me a big impression after I woke up.

Not quite yes or no. If it was video games, it happened to me once, but with anime and manga, from the few dreams I remember, I never see the characters or am I in their world, but the theme of the manga/anime/etc gets in my dreams.

The most recent one and the one I'm basing this on was about dancing and I had it a day or two after I had read Ballroom e Youkoso. I remember I was dancing, but not much more than that. Most of the times I wake up, remember I dreamed about something and can remember it quite clearly then, but if I go to sleep again or a few hours pass, most of the time I forget most of the dream.

Yes, or manga-like, usually while/after binge watching or reading an anime or manga I may dream with a similar world with many of those elements and some a bit different or from other work.
