This publisher was a subsidiary of Seishun Publishing.Co.,Ltd. but became independent in 1967.
On September 1971, Wani Magazine broke off from Bestsellers. This was followed by Wani Books braking off on November 1979.

Also, KK Bestsellers does not seem to be related to KK Best Book.
