To further clarify, 时代漫王 is a part of 漫王, which is under 武汉时代漫王科技有限公司 aka Wuhan Shidaimangwan Technology Limited.
They were originally a publishing house (or equivalent thereof as they owned IP for novels all published from their magazine), so there are individual authors working within the organisation and should rightly be accreditted as the author/artist. They are no longer involved in most of the distribution as their magazine shut down and they publish some of their works on other platforms such as ac.qq.
