Otome's Way publishes original BL manga in both English and Japanese (originally Japanese; translated into English) for purchase by international users.

Artists hired for the project include:
NEKOMORI Mew, KUROKAWA Akai, UTSUNOMIYA Hiyoko, SENNO Jiu, Eriekirie, FUJIMIYA Seri, AMAMIYA Kei, TOKITA Makoto, YUSURA Ai, ruz, MAMI Natsumi and TOUEN Momo.
