CKMC Toon is run by Cheonggang University of Culture and Industry. This platform is used for aspiring webtoon artists to publish their work both through offline exhibitions and online.

Several works have been confirmed to be officially published on Naver so it is safe to assume that students who graduate will debut there. But it is not clear whether CKMC has any affiliation with Naver directly so please keep them separate.
