Plot/Story
As is normal for a lot of ABe Yoshitoshi's work, the story in this is rather hard to follow. I still think that the reader will be able to pick up enough of the story to understand.

A girl wakes up in an unknown world all alone. In this world she sees another girl who is her exact twin. Their names: 328 and 329. (How inventive?) The fact that they look exactly alike adds to this to increase the confusion throughout the series. In this world there is only running water; no food anywhere. In their search for food, 328 and 329 find a raft to take them beyond this unknown place, but it becomes evident that only one person will be able to board this raft. The annoying buzzing sounds and voices of a winged insect will push them to the brink. One of them will snap.

Characters
Well, there are only three characters, 328 and 329, and the insect without a name. They decide that 328 must be the older sister of the twins. There are no real personalities about these characters, though they seem to have a primeval desire to explore, learn, and live on. After they come in contact with the insect their mental processes get been stirred up: one of them has a raging desire to kill and the other has a child-like fear of her.

Drawing Style
It is ABe's typical drawing style, and therefore you would think it would be as beautiful as ever. The subject matter in this oneshot involves a bit more action and swift movements which ABe-san doesn't seem to be great at drawing. He even mentions that he is no good at action art in the author's note at the end. Added to this of course is the fact that the two people fighting are exact twins. This will certainly prove to be quite confusing for a first-time read. A good point about the art would have to be the attention to detail.

Enjoyment
Perhaps if you've enjoyed any of ABe-san's other darker works, especially his work for robot, then you'll like this. There are four full-color pages at the beginning as well. But if you're looking for something with an interesting (and more understandable) story to follow this may not be what you want to check-out.

Overall
I personally dislike this work. ABe-san is my favorite creator (especially in the art department). But out of the many things by ABe-san that I have read this is certainly my least favorite. I give it a 7 out of 10.
