Plot/Story
it starts out about a kid (kei) whose at a trainstation one day when a bum falls onto the tracks so everyone is just staring, and all of a sudden this other kid jumps onto the tracks to help the bum, but hes too heavy so then they make eye contact and they recognize each other the other kid yells out ot him and the crowd all starts staring at kei. he feels preasured to help and jumps down onto the tracks, to make a long story short they save them bum but they die this is where everything starts getting twisted and no its nothing like yu yu hakusho they both wind up in the wierd room with a ball in it(gantz) and the ball tells them that thier lives are now his and they will now have to fight for him. so now in comes the super suits and crazy weapons that make phasers look like a light up toy around roll some aliens and wham bam let the masacure begin, think of it as a show set in modern japan cept its more like a scene out of aliens(the movie with sigorni weaver lady) and everyone is going insane beacuse they have no clue as to what is going on and why this is all happening

very cool but i hear he uses a computer to render alot of his images at least for the background
Enjoyment
well its not what you would call a manga for everyone if i had to catagorize it id say scifi/horror/ maybe mystery since i still have no idea whats going on
Overall
too crazy and compicated to explain theres lots of gory action, crazy scifi stuff, freaky aliens, rollercoaster relationships, phsycological twists, and nightmarish mystery as to what the hell gantz is here for
