Born without special powers in a world where 80% of the population has them, Izuku Midoriya still dreams of becoming a hero. An unexpected encounter with the legendary hero All Might gives him a chance to change his fate, but first he must master his newly-acquired Quirk in order to pass U.A.'s entrance exam.
The plot is amazing. It marks an epic journey wherein Midoriya has to come to terms with himself and his dream, and become stronger at each obstacle in his way. It also shows off the world of the shounen manga, which i initially thought interesting, but now is pretty stupid. I mean hallo, the 'no use of quirk' law?! So, hypothetically, if i had Uraraka Ochaco's quirk, and some debris fell on me and 50 other people, i am technically not allowed to use my quirk without a provisional hero licence. WHAT?! I guess it's bad luck that i didn't become a Hero then.
Another annoying thing that made me stop watching the show: The Blatant Fanservice. It went from Mineta's gross remarks about the girls to him full on having to be restrained by the other boys to not go into the girls' onsen (hot springs). He, now together with Kaminari and Sero are just plain terrible. All female heros don't have serious hero outfits, them allways being out of tight-fitting material or not looking cool at all.
