there are just 4 chapters left, negima will end in chapter 355, it was said by ken akumatsu in chapter 352 since he gave us the spoilers, you can read more about it in the forums

SIGHT, my expectations were completely destroyed, i had hoped to have another ark in the 100 years in the future at least, or that we had an ark were without asuna, with negi dealing with the whole saving the world stuff, im tottaly dissapointed.

i agree with some of the previous comments, the c335 was quite the filler and was not epic enough, it could have been better.
As for the next ark, no news yet and if this will be the final ark of negima its not yet known
Now, for the movie that will be released on the 27th....
