manga (jp), manwha (kr), manhua (ch) are all translated into english as cartoon. And it is a correct term.
If you wish to separate "anime" in anyway, it's no different than translating to ani...

Beyond dignity, I want an antagonist that you'd actually cry for when they die. Make the bad guy the good guy? I suppose what's-her-name from supreme fits the role, tho I wasn't thinking it. She also fits the req of "hot chicks" as Walrothetacoking puts.

1. Something like the AT would NEVER pass safety commission and making one commercially would be a one way ticket to getting sued your pants off. It will NEVER be made.
