Manhwa with an acronym as a title

New Poll - Number of Series

I'd say about 20.
I more or less follow 15 weekly/ monthly series and sometimes I check out series I dropped to see if they get better or if my predictions were right, but only a chapter. And lets be honest half the series on more than a year of haitus usually get axed and...

New Poll - Physical vs. Digital

I'll go with digital.
I prefer reading full screen, except wide-ban format the printed ones are too small for my taste. Also, physical copies would occupy a ridiculous amount of space and licenses are a real problem since they take so long to be licensed, the collection e...

Quote from zarlan
That might be, or might not be, good advice ...for someone who lives in the US.
In countries where you don't get crippling, if any, debt from going to higher education, you absolutely should do so.

New Poll - Geography

Probably Eastern Europe on the poll. I mean ONU does use those denominations, but Europe is excessively subdivided it that division and it counts everything east from the Urals (most of the Eurasian tectonic plate) as Europe.

Have you read past chapter 60 before giving this a rating?
(2 posts, 303 views) Posted: 3 months ago by Joese in Hero Has Returned
It's quite understandable, most similar series are usually power fantasy, harem or rely heavily on echi so those are the most likely to give the series a chance. If you don't catch on the fact that all is planed by the time hero you might find some things unreasonable.

Mainly badly executed tropes and consistency. A good example of both would be Eleceed, it's so formulaic it hurts, chapters feel like a checklist destroying any hope of consistency and ruining many tropes.

I never thought determination and moral integrity would be the top 2 qualities of a hero.
(3 posts, 279 views) Posted: 4 months ago by Joese in Chatter Box
Well those two are the basics of idealised heroes, and quite standard qualities almost everyone wants to have/ see reflected in the MCs. Even if the canon of what a hero is differs from one country to another, the hero concept was usually used as a symbol.

After the search, order by year or add
&orderby=year
to the url and then after page 2 you can change the page number on the url. I usually put 100 per page.
If you just want popular old manga, you can check the lists of an old admin or a random user that has an old series yo...
