I live in Canada and I definitely don't like snow hahaha.
I love it in the evenings, when there's no wind, and it falls gently.
Most of the time I just want it gone though. Haha I would love to move south someday.

Well, I suppose it could be attributed to the fact that breast sizes are smaller in Japan than America, but that would be generalizing it far too much.

Just from examining the image and your possible suggestions, I can tell that neither of those mangaka are the artist (100%).
To me, it just looks like some Devil May Cry fanart, but for all I know it could be from a doujinshi or something x). I'm probably wrong on the seri...
