I'm pretty sure I've seen public raws of this floating around on raw sites. I'm going to agree with others and you may want to do a novel instead. A series like this has a high chance of getting picked up if it has easy access raws. But best of luck to you either way....

"Wanted" from VIZ if said friend is into generic pirate shoujo. Otherwise, there is a bunch of Tezuka Osamu series from Vertical that I'm pretty sure are only 1 volume.

From what I understand, webtoon=Korean/serialized on a mass site, webcomic=English/indie has it's own site.

Since it's a web comic, I see no need to add it to MU. There are lots of sites dedicated to that already. Plus the manga community tends to clash with the web comic community... =/
