So it finally ends. Dropped it years ago, but it's still a genre-defining work in terms of setting many of the tropes you see in "sudden girlfriend appearance" manga today.

I'm trying to remember the title of a manga I read a long time ago. It was basically about the main character of a shounen superhero manga accidentally gets put in a gag manga and the antics that ensued. I think it was only one or two volumes long.

It seems that Naomura, possibly in response to criticism regarding the direction the series took in the last chapters, has written an extended ending for the final volume, in which Sora proposes to Tsuki at the end.

What chapter does the Anime End?

The anime has its own original ending. Don't remember exactly where the plot diverges, but I think it was somewhere around when Viro gets introduced.
The manga also becomes quite a bit darker than the anime.

I'm just going to assume that the "Future Chapter" was a bonus as a gift to the people who wanted a happy ending for Yuno and Yukki. The ending before that was perfectly acceptable, but the extra ending was just... hokey.

The World God Only Knows - Keima has no interest in real girls, though he does have to romance them in order to release evils spirits that are possessing them. He might be changing a little, though.

The manga is a lot better in my opinion. The anime had to much pointless filler and seemed to be going overboard with Kuroko's obsession. And instead of the sisters arc (which is probably what the OVA will be) they decided to put even more filler at the end.

I'm split between Souichirou and Yayoi, but for some reason whenever the Horse Knight is on the page the manga gets about five times more awesome. I seriously hope he makes it through to the end somehow.

Soul really has become a Death Scythe. I am looking forward to seeing his new abilities.
