What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

ok i didn't like the first 4 stories but the last 5th story was good though i hated how the main lead girl was such a whimp!
anyway even though the story was good the ending was horrible it didn't even seem like it was a oneshot story more like it was "To Be Continued" why did the the mangaka ending as though there would be more...will i hope there is the story didn't make an since i mean it never got exlpaind who sent the package and other things..
