Man, I Feel Like a Woman

I rather enjoyed this one. I'm actually a fan of age-gaps between older males and younger females (not too young of course), so this appealed to me right off the bat. I very much liked the main female protag, she was really cool headed, assertive and powerful in general. The male was also interesting, I loved his design and I liked his transitioning from playfulness to serious when the time called for it. He was also considerate, and patient towards the female protag, and also acted in an appropriate manner which is major plus. No 'taking advantage of' was had, so pluses for that. The only thing that let me down was that it felt, with a lack of a better word, vagueish and loose at times. I know it's a one-shot though, so really that's to be expected. Other than that, it was awesome and a great read.

Perfect

For me, who has extremely high standards, this oneshot turned out to be perfect. It was a great mix of cold female lead and perverted male lead. You could tell straight away that the female lead was extremely strong (mentally) and not overly clingy. I liked it. Also, the male lead was adorable (even if he was an Ojiisan) and I could totally relate to his people watching tactics (I'm a writer too).

Very Likeable Female Lead

The female lead is not your stereotypical shoujo lead.
I definitely like her type. I was completely dumbfolded everytime I came across situations where normal shoujo lead wouldn't do but Setsuna would. Like kissing in the street with an old man to show your exboyfriend who made a fool out you that you can't take girls lightly.

The story is interesting and a total great read.
I would totally recommend this even if my eyes are close. hehehe >.<
Great manga like this doesn't come often.

Yes, I liked it. Actually I have a tough time with finishing Cyboy by the same author, even though I liked some other works before. So, I was a bit hesitant to read this in the beginning, but I'm glad, that I have given it a chance to show me again the authors strong points.

The characters were both likeable and had a realistc touch to them, although the pages number doesn't allow much development, they left me with the impression of improvement. The ending was well executed. As for the artwork: It is - as expected - again nice to look at and makes this one a recommendable choice. ^^

So sexy and heart-throbbing

This is wonderful for a May-December romance: a cold female lead and a perverted gentleman. It was understandable why Kazuki wouldn't lay a finger on Setsuna; therefore I was so anticipating their romantic scenes. OK, only two kiss scenes were not bad. The overall mood was so sexy and heart-fluttering. The open ending was good for such situation. Although I wanted more, I still really liked it. This is the best manga from this author, IMO.

I think we have a winner

Now this may be because I've been swimming in a pool of vapid crybaby shoujo romances for half a decade now, but any story like this with realistic and emotional, but stoic female leads and perverted but controlled ojisan male leads really gets me going. I mean I was wholly engaged into this story from the get go from page 1 (the art!!!) and page 2 cinched it (the almost kiss). The dynamic is well explored, I think both sides are practical and realistically portrayed (as realistic as manga can get!) and the direction of the story (whether serialised further or not) is going at a very enjoyable pace. I certainly wouldn't be opposed to a further 8 volumes of this unpredictable relationship.

Almost perfect!!

I really enjoyed this. The only problem is it's not suited for a oneshot. I wanted more, I felt like I got a small taste of something that could have been a magnificent story. I'm happy, but at the same time unsettled inside because I want more. If there was a sequel I would read it in a heartbeat. Well here's keeping my fingers crossed for a sequel to come out ....
Great story, but it could have been Magnificent. I would still recommend it.

It got serialized? That makes me happy. Although the second chapter was a little disappointing .... it felt like we took 5 steps back, and didn't have that wow this is great as the first chapter. I'll see if I need to change my rating after it's done. Can't wait to read more.

UPDATE
Now that I've finished it ... which not only was I sad that it ended so soon T^T , but the ending *sigh* it's a bit of a let down. My rating went from 9.5 back when it was a oneshot to a 9 ...
I literally screamed "What kind of ending is that?" but I did enjoy this for the most part. The only thing that can bring the rating up a bit would be an extra ... but there isn't any so it stays a 9.

I thought it was a so-so...but when I flip the page,it's like "this is what I'm looking for!"
I wish it's not one-shot though.urgh...wish the mangaka extended it to 2-3 chapters.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The kiss on the street was awesome.
