This is amazing. Stunning, in both art and story-wise.

The art. THE ART <333.
THE STORY. <3.
So beautiful, and don't let the weird summary turn you off. Monica seems like the weak female protaginist, but she just gets stuff done when she needs to. Like abducting Evan, that was a goodish thing to do.

Many people say this is a very refreshing manga, which it is. No unneeded adult jokes or panty shots. Even if I have to wait a month to read this story, it is 100% worth the wait. (unlike One punch ma- i mean, one scroll man.) I'm about to buy the manga because of it's greatness.

I've been long interested with the story when I see the first volume cover: a girl (not that old), holding a baby child (I didn't realise he's not that young to be "baby" after reading haha)

The first chapter was interesting, and the art is stunning. It has the same European ambience as the manga Emma or Arte. What surprise me more is, the more I read the story, it isn't as simple as "sailing to find an important someone" plot. It is totally more than that! It brings up detailed plot about the ships, lifestyle in a voyage on the ship, and on top of all, engineering.

Despite a little bit change in art (for me, it becomes a bit.... disproportional, if I may say, and a little bit stiff expression) but I can feel the "swift movement" in every panels. As if the characters are really moving here and there, along with the tension.

I love the personalities and character development. There's only a few more chapters to go, I can't wait to see the ending!
As an extra, I also love the way the author/mangaka put so much effort to think of the extra pages which involve an after-story, or some past or thoughts of the character. It was a fun read! and amazing art! That's why I love the plot because it's so refreshing smile

feels like very light shoujo

The art is average, and looks like many shoujo manga: very few backgrounds, bishounen and bishoujo who all look alike, cute babies, nice grand-fathers. The context is also typical of shoujo, especially with the Victorian world, and the nobility/servants focus. Again I was reminded much more the shoujo "Akagami no Shirayukihime" and not at all of "Emma", because it lacks the maturity and attention to details of MORI's seinen.

The story is really over the top. Every chapter is packed with tricks, tear jerkers, life or death situations, etc. And it has no consistency nor credibility. An example that doesn't spoil anything: a huge steam ship leaves the port with nobody to handle the machines, except for a inexperienced trainee. Somehow, the MC will help solve it before the ship explodes.
