This is not a stereotypical read. For instance, the guy actually gets great character development from chasing after the girl. He becomes less arrogant and truly changes for the better. Really, I was surprised to how considerate he is. He has a love rival, but he doesn't go all possessive on her, but he genuinely wants the girl to be happy. The female lead also changes too, although on a smaller scale. Although this was short, it was a great read. I recommend this!

Can I has more?! Shiiba Nana trying her hand at non-oneshots is my idea of a good time! I love the challenge inherent in this type of story. A lot of mangakas are picking up this similar trope btw... for those who're interested, try Hatsu*Haru
