I know it's a oneshot about a couple who didn't get a shot the first time around... so maybe things are supposed to move at a rapid pace to explain the reader the past and the present and put in the conflict and character development, but it just doesn't feel organic. Overall I felt it was a very unnecessarily written story with a "Blah" premise and uninspired characters. Art has potential but needs to mature and sharpen and declutter a lot before it becomes appealing enough to be the reason to read this.
