This doujinshi essentially is just the doujinka's self-indulgence in all the cuteness and fluffiness of her fantasy haha. Not a lot happened as it's really more of an introduction to these little Mako and Haru, with more episodes surrounding them to follow in subsequent doujinshi that she'd publish.
