I have been following this since 2016, re-reading it from time to time, and it just brings me so much joy that this is finally complete. The tears of joy just won’t stop.
One thing that kind of left me disappointed was how there was the setting up of Yuutarou and his middle school teacher as a possible future romance, which is unpleasant because it comes across as forced and unnecessary. I was quite happy to see Kazuhiro-san as a supporting character for Yuutarou in his youth, and even in the ending credits as well, but to set both of them up as a couple is forced.

The mangaka's style is pretty pronounced and at this point I think we can all agree it's like the culmination of all the goodness in the world combined into one understated but equally profound package. Everything she produces looks simple and ordinary at first glance, but once you actually take a closer look you'll realise that there's plenty you can find in her works and that's what makes reading them so relaxing and enjoyable. The artwork is also really nice and I like it a lot.

this is really nice and slice of lifey so far. the cast is pretty good (yuutarou is the best) and i can't wait to learn more about them. i kinda wanna ship the friends together but i don't think this manga will go in that direction lol.
