I picked this up because I simply love 1980s drawing and its aesthetic. Story wise, it was rather plain but character wise it was good, I wound up loving them all. Their jokes got me well enough. Aesthetic wise it served me well too. The author herself was quite interesting thru her stories being told in the sidenotes.
