I'm never really a big fan of the bullying type. I become very invested in the bullied character and come to hate the guy that picks on the other all the time. I just hate being picked on just for shits and giggles, and I guess I take it personally.
However, that hasn't happened this time. Don't ask me why, because I can't explain it! The art is cute and I've yet to see lots of cliches that you would normally see with a beautiful male lead (but not completely bereft of, which isn't necesarrily a bad thing). Scenarios like that the girl feels inferior and doesn't deserve to be with him have not happened. The story has hinted on a darker undertone which I'm looking forward to. I don't think I would have enjoyed 8 volumes with what I've got so far.
Especially since it was just recently picked up will be scanlated I think it's worth checking out if you're ia light atmosphere, cute characters and possibly an intriguing plot.
