well, i HATE the second story about the twins. how come the younger brother, Yuki treats his older twin like that!? it really piss me off the older twin is not only become the victim of natsu but also abused by yuki what an annoying scene.

and the rest of the story well.. its nothing much all they do is just repeated sex scene and end of story. if you want plot, story line, interesting conflicts, then DON'T read this one... don't even bother...

Overall, I found this to be a rather boring read. The art was lacking as well as the plots and most of the characters were left on a one dimensional plane making it hard to even think anything more of them than what's right before your eyes. Actually, I found the characters of the two protagonists of the twin's story seemed to shift slightly between chapter 3 and chapter 4 making it feel like they should have just been separate stories from the get-go.

Really, these oneshots are good only for the smut and even that wasn't that good in my opinion. Basically, there wasn't any bit of this collection which gave me a reason to enjoy it leaving me fairly bored with reading it.

I've read tonnes of generic, cliched yaoi stories which are okay but not excellent, but this was one of the worst in terms of just not offering anything entertaining to me.

Natsu and the Twins: Potential! But Needs Work

The story of Natsu and the Twins had potential for an awesome plot with lots of deep exploration of the human psyche and the sides we all have but have terrifying fear for the taboo instilled in us. It was a shame how the story was mostly skimming. The 'smart' brother was completely under explored; in fact, he was dumped abruptly from the story. Natsu and his strange but ultimately human way of loving was not delved into at all.
The other stories were not much good for anything other than a light, sometimes fun, read. The art doesn't inspire my personal delight, but was intriguing at times.

I'm generally not a fan of Chitose's works, but read enough to be willing to give whatever new a try. In general with her works, when it's good, it's funny and poignant and when it isn't, it's shallow, no better than porn.

Tsukiyo no Fushigi is arguably her worst. It's a collection of oneshots that revolve around guys pursuing apparently too pretty to be real objects of their lust. It's safe to say slapstick comedy is not one of Chitose's strengths. Frankly I was mostly bored and sometimes, bemused (the thug and twins story).

If you want eye candy and smex, this might be for you. Want something more? Such as plot and good characterisation? Don't bother because you won't find it anywhere in this.
