I rarely rate so low but (and excuse my French) what the ever loving hell of transphobia is that crap?! Statutory rape by a guy who “oopsie” murdered two of his ex-girlfriends does NOT count as a relationship when Kouta was a literal child (15). Kouta is a jackass to his sister because she’s trans, and makes her being trans all about how it affects him, the ass. Maki is too damn old for him (31 vs 19) and shouldn’t be a jealous jerk because he’s a full grown adult dating a teenager.
The 1/10 is for the frankly lazy and damaging portrayal of a trans woman. Kudos for wanting to include a trans character but negative kudos for making crap up and making things worse. I know this is old but I don’t care.
Also the plots were lazy. I love a good amnesia plot but this was ridiculous.
The only good thing was that most of the queer characters are actually queer.

I read this after P.B.B and I'm glad this series is licensed. If only to preview before buying, you should read the scans but I highly recommend purchasing the licensed volumes. It's not to say that the scans are bad (except volume 4), but the quality is superior when it's licensed. (However, the Pink Gold extra stories, such as Punch Up Returns and Punch Up x P.B.B., that are scanlated are uncensored, but the versions in the Volume 5 tanko that SuBLime licensed are not so...yeah check out/save the scans if you like so you can have a dirtier copy).
I really love Motoharu and Kouta's dynamic. Motoharu may be a hilarious pervert but he's very lovable, honest, and so damn sexy! I can honestly say that Motoharu Maki is probably one of the most three-dimensional semes I've ever read in a BL. He loves Kouta dearly, but it's not in the puppy, thoughtless way like in some mangas (like Boku no Omawari-san, which is still extremely cute). He's his own person with his own feelings and insecurities, and that's probably thanks to Shiuko Kano not treating him as a tool to prop up the uke. Kouta is extremely adorable and despite having become more "pretty" (i.e, more feminized in the face) over time, he's still manly and self-assured. Their backstories (Kouta's in vol 1-4, and Motoharu's in vol 5-6 and ongoing) really add dimension and context to their relationship. I have to commend Kano Sensei for a surprisingly not stupid use of the amnesia trope, I was very impressed. It so was well done that it makes me chuckle just thinking I doubted her! A very satisfying read.

There are so many comments so there's no need to make a judgement on every aspect of this story. I just want to say that I didn't expect I would like the main couple and their story that much and I didn't expect sex parts to be this good (graphic, hot and kinky). I'm surprised especially about Motoharu, cause in general I don't like loose and overly perverted characters, I mean the type who constantly think about sex and will fuck anybody as long as they look good and he's just like that. He's promiscuous, full of self-confidence, self-centered, always hitting on bishies. He drools (literally) every time he see a handsome guy. He didn't change even after he got himself a lover. At first he was annoying but gradually I started to like him, much more with every chapter cause he's funny (it's a comedy after all), loving, attentive and very dedicated to his lover. That's a character growth for ya!
The plot is deeper and better than it seems although for most part it's a baka comedy. I had a lot of fun reading this manga, give it a try.

Loved this story. The plot was fun, the characters were funny and charming. This was a series that I never took seriously but enjoy it none the same. The sequel looks beautiful and better and I can’t not wait to read more. Fun yaoi.
this is the worse. the seme is such a jerk, he almost sleep with his ex while his current partner was in the next room and I didn't even reach the third chapter though. his always like that's with his exs (even in front of his partner) I mean he gives a damn.

It was okay, but I felt like everything went to fast. More development and less sex would have been nice. Overall, art was okay, characters were actually quite likeable and the plot could have been worked on a bit more.

To be honest, I actually didn't like it when I first started. For the first chapter, things were moving too fast for my tastes and things felt pretty shallow. I was actually gonna drop it to be honest. But as the story progressed I found myself, for the most part, liking Motoharu's and Kouta's relationship. Like they still have their problems, mostly in the trust department, but they kind of get better at it. They're working towards it.
But holy shit I love Kouta's older sibling, who is described as being a guy who's crossdressing, but I honest to God can't see her as anything other than a trans woman (so apologize my pronoun usage).

When she found out that Yuya was sleeping with Kouta, she called Yuya out on it and it was glorious. "How dare you prey on a child" and "He's serious about you! If you can't give him a future get out of here!" Like holy shit mad respect.
So I finally purchased this manga's volume 4 as the first BL book I've ever bought, and I'm glad I did it. First of all I have to stress on the huge difference in quality between an officially translated book and some free scanlations online. Don't get me wrong, I'm all grateful for the stuff I could find on the internet, but that doesn't refute the fact that they could be horrible sometimes. For everyone who could afford to get your hands (or computer) on the legal editions of this manga and every manga out there in general, please do. You'll be amazed by the quality (I certainly was).

Kouta lost his memory,
I don't deny that this plot device has been used rather too often, but tbh I didn't feel annoyed by it at all. What was even more important than that corny tactic was the way the author handled the resolution, and I'm absolutely in her favour on this. Please give the manga a try, and I'm sure you'll fall in love with the baka-couple in no time.
