Cute story with inaccurate tags and review from an angry commenter.

The story is very cute so far, the female lead does a good job of trying to avoid making the ML uncomfortable with her affection once she falls for him out of consideration for how he’s been traumatized by how other girls have treated him, and he’s very adorable once he warms up to her. Lots of great blushing moments from him, and the FL has cute flustered reactions too if you enjoy that.

The one angry reviewer seems to have had an extreme reaction to the brief plot with the

second male lead that has caused them to interpret the story in a rather inaccurate way in their burst of anger. It was indeed very annoying since it was after ! the couple was already together, which the 2nd ML knew from the beginning, but it was just typical shoujo “character confesses to someone in a relationship to get rejected”, but once he got rejected it seems he’s going to back off permanently.

The way

he went about it was annoying, and he should have been scolded properly , but that sort of thing seems common in Shoujo, and wasn’t as bad as it often is. The whole thing only lasted a few chapters and didn’t really interfere with the relationship much, the FL was completely ! committed to her love for the male lead the whole time , and they communicated pretty well for a shoujo manga throughout, like the FL ! inviting the ML to a study sesh with the 2nd ML so she wouldn’t be alone with him, and promptly explaining to him the reason why she was doing it in the first place was so that she wouldn’t have to cancel a date of theirs coming up due to failed exams.

Overall all it’s a very cute story, the FL is very genuine in her love for the male lead and has been completely faithful to him since they started dating, she has absolutely no interest in anyone else. It seems that same reviewer has added some incorrect tags, such as that the female lead is evil, cheats and is manipulative, or that the male lead is a “simp”, which are all false, the FL is good and faithful, and they are equally whipped for each other, it’s not her leading him on while he’s “simping” for her. Hopefully those inaccurate tags will get voted out and deleted soon so that people don’t get the wrong idea.

I don’t know what’s up with the other reviews lol, it’s nice to have a male love interest that is nice to the MC. It seems like it is a rarity these days in shoujo mangas.

There's of course some shoujo tropes but both the female and male leads just seem so genuine😕 Madoka especially - she is adorable, her thought process makes sense, and her reactions are HILARIOUS!
The art is super pretty too. It's also interesting that they don't go to the same school, so I'm looking forward to future plotlines!
