Description
We all wish we could go back in time, to turn back the clock and fix the past. But in this reality, that simple wish brings about something deadly - demons that devour a person's time! It's up to a group of strong warriors who fight using time manipulation to destroy these blights. Brought together under unique circumstances, Victor, Kiri, Mina, and Blaze have what it takes to maintain the balance of time as the chosen fighters - the Chronos Rulers.

Note: This is a Taiwanese manhua that Shueisha is publishing for free on its Shounen Jump+ website and app. The Japanese version ends at 77 chapters, but the manhua continues its serialization in FanFan's Ok! Comic magazine.

An interesting kind of shonen

This is a really interesting work which shows a lot of potential through its originality. At first, I thought the oneshot was really likable, being a light hearted story of a man slowly losing its time and a spectator heroine as it can often be seen. However, the first real chapter completely takes another turn.

Not only did a new main character appear, but it's no more a simple story of a man chasing after time devouring creatures but way more than that. The universe is also now pretty well put, and the heroine ends up only being a secondary character which disappears entirely from the story. The only thing I regret is that the author didn't keep the pachinko owner from the oneshot, which was a pretty funny

The characters here all have a somewhat unique identity and the plot is pretty interesting for once, even the fights being slightly weird, although these time combats aren't exactly perfect and may be impossible to understand. Nonetheless, I would call this a really good shonen, with a story evolving beyond what I expected and for which I have now greater expectations.
