Taehyun Choi lives with his sister Hakyung Choi. You could say they have a normal life. On the one hand Hakyung has a good job and is successful, however Taehyun isn't good at studying.
His life takes a drastic change when he accidentally learns that he and Hakyung aren't siblings. Which is why he decides to confront her, but then she suffers a serious accident and loses her memory.
This is where everything will change, because those feelings of kinship will become much more important.

Great, yet too stereotyped

As megaman2290 stated, Lim Dal-Young is multitasking too much. He has various works, like Freezing among others, that all require regular updates, however the author + artist seem to be heavily lagging behind - no wonder. This inconsistency in releases makes it hard for us customers (yes I buy "raws"), but sadly the magazines don't always have the scheduled manhwa.
In retrospect, I'd rather the artist ditches the author, and finds his own projects or revives those Lim-Dal Young has dropped - such as Legend of Maian among others. To be honest the Manhwa story quality isn't that grand, and can be picked up by anyone, even an amateur writer. Just my two cents.

the story is just the same korean romance drama TV everyday but you know its still works! The family conflict, mystery, love is so intense here, added with beautiful art by Lee So-Hyun really level up this ordinary story, that's why cliche's word created. Because we cant even run from it, so our history.

Jesus Christ Lim Dal-Young. Finish your other damn series first!

In all seriousness though, the story is pretty interesting so far. This is based only up to chapter 3 though, since I can't find any raws. Initially, I thought it would be some sort of continuation to Unbalance x2 but it's not. It's a completely different story but still follows most of the same components of it's predecessor.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The story is about two siblings, the older sister Hak Young Choi and the younger brother Tae Hyun Choi, who have lived together and fended for themselves ever since their parents "left" them. The Hak Young has financially supported her younger brother ever since she was in high school (practically becoming a mother), up to the point when Tae Hyun finally enters a University. Despite the hardships, she graduates from a top class University and even builds a successful shopping mall with money she saved. One day, Tae Hyun stays at his Uncle and Aunt's house overnight, and incidentally eavesdrop on life-changing conversation. Tae Hyun and Hak Young are not blood-related. Upon hearing this, Tae Hyun is driven to call and ask Hak Young, while she is driving, if such story is true. Hak Young already knew they weren't blood-related, and upon hearing her brother ask her this, she gets into an accident and loses her memory of everything and everyone. Now Tae Hyun must face the hardship of taking care of her sister so she can regain her memory, as he starts to see her in a different manner.
