Falnail Vincent is a section chief at a large corporation in Japan. He is cool, collected, and very good at his job. His colleagues respect him, and his subordinates admire him, but he’s desperately trying to keep a secret from his co-workers: When he leaves work, Falnail becomes Fal-chan, a hostess at an onee bar. At typical onee bars, patrons are served by glamorous “older sister” types, but Fal-chan’s bar, Jewelry, happens to be staffed by huge beefcakes in heels, hairbows, and strapless minidresses.

The characters are very cute and handsome and while the story isn't terribly deep (a very simple love triangle romance) it was quite enjoyable from start to finish. It was short in length but I think it was for the best as anything longer might have outstayed its welcome.
Most importantly to me, it was inoffensive unlike many manga involving drag queens; the characters weren't portrayed as complete jokes or in a disgusting way.
The worst thing I have to say about it is one of the main characters was intentionally obnoxious despite supposedly being a love candidate for the protagonist, a common problem with a lot of romance stories.
