Watch the anime

This anime was one of my first that I watched around 5/6 years ago. I returned to it because I couldn't think of anything else with such an innocent feel-good mood. This really is a masterpiece- regardless of complexity and it's limitations, the mood it establishes is so secure and comforting.

The main characters are so lovable and their interactions never get old.

There are two things I really liked about this manga: the characters and the ending.
I'm not going to give away the ending, but I will say that this ending was one of the few manga endings that really did something for me.
However, while I like slow story progression, this one was a bit disjointed. I don't know, I guess it bothered me a little that there were all these little incidents and anecdotes that didn't really bring much to the main story.
All in all, I give this manga an 8 because I liked the main girl character, and the art was OK.

I started the series without any expectations. And at the end of the second volume, I'm bored. I couldn't find anything special so I dropped it. I hate dropping in the middle but there are so many other works to read that I feel it's a waste to continue half-heartedly.

Mehh

Many times I've seen this manga, but always skipped it, I don't know why, but I would immediately skip it, maybe because I don't like mangas revolving around children too much :/ . Anyway, it was a pretty decent read, but I just couldn't help but to just scream at my laptop and grind my teeth on certain aspects of the manga. First of all, lets talk about the drama content. It went smoothly until around chapters 20 and up. It's like the author just said, lets just throw all cliched drama content and hope it sticks =_=. Soo many unnecessary cliff hangers and I just hated how everyone just relied so heavily on the main guy. Secondly, the author added to much useless characters who showed up in a few chapters, then disappeared completely in the next. The stalker chick, the abusive baseball player and even the chick with the little sister. They just vanished into thin air! never to be heard from again!. I wont even mention how completely annoying Yuzu was. Now don't get me wrong, I understand that her mom leaving her cause a psychological scar, but it was pretty unfair for her to say that she was lonely when other family members lived in the house as well and it seemed a bit unfair.
I'll give this manga one point higher only because the anime couldn't even compare to it. The art in the anime was ugly and the person who voiced yuzu was really annoying.

I love this series very much! I just finished this just 5 hours. Heartwarming, cute, and touching. I was crying on the last chapter, it's bittersweet. The author was doing really great job. Aih, I love Aishiteruze Baby!!

It was definitely different from what I usually read, but I liked it nonetheless. I do not think I will read it again, but that doesn't mean it wasn't memorable. I found it cute, touching, romantic, but not as satisfying as it could have been.
A good first read with a brilliant plot and likable characters.

Awww..... This is really cute. And addicting. Wish it was longer .It was a bit rushed though. If you read this, it was worth taking up your time .But I wanted to see Kippie's and Kokoro's children wink and Yuzuyu meeting Kippie again. I felt something was missing. sad
I loved it when Miki went to his school and saw Kippei and Kokoro kissing. Back off, Kippei is Kokoro's ! They're perfect for each other!
Anyways, it was super sweet and had a good romance even though it was a subplot.
*****Opinions*****
Art:***** cute
Characters:*** Yuzu was like an angel. Not reality.
Plot: ***** Full stars for BOTH!!!

a little too light-hearted

This is a fun and light-hearted manga, but has subject matters that really should not be dealt with so lightly. A 17-year-old boy suddenly takes care of a five-year-old, but he does it with amazing success. The little girl always acts like a perfect angel - no temper tantrums, no whining, no problems, really. She is happy with a rice ball for lunch. The manga also glosses over topics like child abuse, sexual violence, and abandonment.

Aside from the failure to adequately address these issues, however, the manga is a fun read. The little girl is cute, and the art is of decent quality.

I'ma little sick right now so i'll fix up this comment later. in short:
romance -> great. I liked that the romance got resolved pretty fast and the couple fit each other perfectly without really being the stock 'perfect couple' (apart from the whole rich/straight-a part >.> though she had emotional flaws which made up for this). I also liked that what seemed like a contending love-interest was not shown or dealt with as such.
child-rearing -> the story seems to stray from this with a couple of short arcs but mostly well dealt with. That one complication with Yuzuyu near the end just reminded me of the similar part which I hated in Kodomo no Omocha, though.
