I really like the first story, a bittersweet romance. It's awesome. There's some mystery, the tension between characters, there's background and accurate dose of humour. I had a good time reading this story.
Other two stories were shallow, short and plain and it was hard to believe that they were made by the same author. I didn't like the looks of main characters, it's been said they were high schoolers but they look like kids from elementary school. It was more like shota. I'd give them 3 points.

After reading this manga I feel a lingering sadness and also a tint of hopefulness for a future ahead. The main story is quite bittersweet, although not exactly tragic in my opinion. The drama is there but not too overwhelming, which I think helps in this case. About the middle stories in the actual tankoubon, they're pretty average, even mediocre at times so I don't think I really need to dwell on them.
The main story was really sad for a lot of reasons, but in the end I feel that new love born (literally) from old love can make it better. The ending and extra at the end really make you feel that Haginuma was happy and lived his life so he could be happy.
Though I kinda wish there was a sequel about the grandsons...maybe...getting...jiggy....LOL

Before that, I like the art.. It's nice.. I've been occupying myself with horrible arts lately so it's a good thing to read a yaoi with a nice art.
Anyway, the main story is really NOT THAT BAD. After I read the extra chapter about the main story, I realize that the story is quite good.

I like the fact that Haginuma left Midou and went back to his own era. If he DID stay back, it would spoil the story and I bet I would never like the story that way.

Aww the main story was so cute but bittersweet... I have mixed feelings about it because you want them to stay together...I would have given a 10 if not for those oneshots...was not a fan
If I would have known the oneshots were going to be boring, I would have only read the main story. The one shots just didn't do it for me and I found myself feeling glad they were over. Anyway, I cried two times with the main story, it was absolutely heartbreaking. It reminded me a lot of another manga I read that also deals with time travel, Nemureru Tsuki, by MIYAMOTO Kano.

Personally I really like heartbreaking stories too, and the thought that Haginuma would eventually leave almost made me cry. The ending was very nice and satisfying. Indeed, a real love story!

the main story (first&last) is very good. it was very touching and sad.
suddenly you met this person and get in love with this person but you have to part due to some circumstances.. very heartbreaking!!!!! that's why it is a ten but the one shots are messed up!

The main story (first and last stories) made me cry!! I can't believe the endings!! They are both stories of the main characters, and the back-story was something I don't think I've ever come across, so that was nice. I wonder about one of the side characters and thought there should be a story about him, since it seemed he knew a lot about what had happened with the main characters, but I guess there isn't one. The second and third stories were both cute one-shot about school friends. The fourth story was a cute story about an older man and high school student.
