The story was going great until things became serious.

SOmewhere down the line the author decided to take his series serious and that was what went wrong. Like with everything. It's not suppose to be serious, it is suppose to be about super OP healer main character realizing how OP his healing was in a small town, which by the way is like almost a day away from the castle. Think of One-Punch Man, now imagine if suddenly shit got serious like ridiculously serious with plot twist and crap, it would ruin the concept of the series. This is not a series made to be serious, the concept was going great until *SPOILER ALERT, I do not know how to hide spoilers, sorry.* an antagonist who is just like the MC showed up. That was when I stop reading. And like everyone said, very generic story now that it is trying to be serious, I imagine this as a happy go lucky world that is purely comedic, but now I gave up.

Great Potential since its funny in its own way

Do you know a child won't feel fear as long as he doesn't know what fear means.
The MC is like that, as a child he wanted to be a healer but since he has no money he manage to learn heal using his own unique way
All along the MC fail to notice how OP and amazing he is after all no one really thought him and his common sense about society is a bit lacking.

In response to the previous comment all I can say is
Simplicity has its own appeal and for me this novel is simple yet its good to read
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
why is MC cutting his own body parts then heal them?
Since MC is self studying healing he fail to see that its not normal to cut ones own body
It is mention that MC cut himself everyday to the point that he can no longer feel pain
and by continues cutting himself he became an expert of cutting body parts! all of this is normal for MC since no one even his parents tell him its wrong.
So my cutting ability is not instant its a result of cutting one self for who knows how many years. So its possible for MC to cut even the bones.

The girls? although they are a little bit aggressive, I am not really against it since like I said MC lack common since in society and the girls are helping him in there own way.
The MC being passive is the result of him being introvert because of his self study of healing
I don't agree by the others saying the girls are useless
since the one is a fallen princess and another one is a healer like MC (But not as OP as him)

What is lacking? I guess the Story is way to short
The action is lacking but since his suppose to be a healer
The potential is high and I hope the simple way will not change

They say its to generic? lol you are reading so much hard to the bones Novel lately
sometimes simplicity is beauty!

*sigh* like most good story nothing last long, The author mus have bang his head or something hit his head that the novel went into a worse direction (even the TL don't feel like translating anymore)

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
1st is the plot sudden change.. An enemy with the same power with mc? I mean author MC is not that even OP and you then gave a super OP enemy?
2nd the Girls *sigh* there is no love at all the MC is being abuse to much by his slaves (The 3 girls)
so much for the harem part.. author should start reading harem so author can at least add a harem feeling to the novel. The girls are not even in yandere level They are just like "MC is perverted" and then punish mc like crazy without listening to mc side. Author is like I love to create "M" mc.
3rd The king and the princess? yeah this characters was what disappoint me the most
King was like vow to MC my idol ( and so?) Princess was like (I wanna know my mysterious savior, she has no idea that it was MC) and author left it just like that no follow up what so ever as if this two existence was not even there in the first place

After reading some chapters I might as well drop this one since its rather went into the wrong direction to the points it no longer funny.

The series isn't bad by any means, its just that the execution is DISGUSTINGLY generic.
I'm nornally an advocate for less exposition, some really great works are often exposition laden, this novel is just horribly lacking in every aspect of artistic writing.
I'll continue reading for the love of the genre, but my expectations are low.

read through chapter 10 (translated), and read through the raw up to the chapter "うんごめん無理- September 12, 2015" with google translated.

First off I agree with the comment made by "macoo" about it being generic (mostly).

However my problem when reading both translated and google translated RAW that the Author/Writer should fix (in my opinion) to have a better story or at less fix the loophole in the story that I found odd.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
1st issue would be the MC sanity; How is the MC still have a sane mind after his self experiment with his own body in which he cut off part of his body (reason why the genre is Seinen right off the bat) in order to learn "heal"; and yet he still fine and have sane mind as if nothing. Please notes that he (MC) self taught this way before 16 years old for unknown years. Do you see the problem here? I mean wouldn't anyone in his family will notices bloods and body part since he cutting himself. Sure he don't feel pain now, but what about the 1st time he cut himself. I'm sure he experiences pain back then and he doesn't have "heal" at that time so how did he cover up the blood lost. (think about it) Author fix this, Please!

2nd issue would be the tool that he (MC) cut his body part with; the knife. It written as if the knife can cut through human body part as if butter even if assuming he cut through the bone joint area. Try cutting through bones on your food (animal) with a knife that not cook, see if you can do it like butter which you can't. Go watch some cooking TV show/series or survivor TV show/series and you can see even the expert can't do that (slice); they can chop or saw but not slice through bone. Author give us more detail, please!

3rd issue would be the female. The pattern is like this: "MC heal a female, female somewhat become interest in the MC." Come on, Author. Work harder, That too easy. Luckily the MC is dense in that area so fine for now, but come on, Author. Work harder! I feel like the Author is trying to make a Harem-like story, but I'm not feeling the Harem-like effect. I know since I read other Harem story and I'm not feeling it in this novel. It closer to call a rush Harem style story which translate a not a very deep char. development. (about Harem part, I don't even see this novel as Harem genre; it my personal opinion)

4th Issues would be the characters (all of them, main and side char.) lack full development. They lack impact such as personality to any char. It just feel that way. I do hope the Author develop them in later chapter. so this issue can be solves over time.

This story is a fun read if you don't mind the issues that I pointed out

As of chapter 8: semi(but not really) spoilers

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Protagonist is a typical naive, awkward loner.
Healing magic only exists as a plot device to facilitate a harem.
Women only exist as a part of a waifu buffet.

Read at own risk, brain cells may be lost. Contains extremely generic content.
