The Art <3

This short one shot has some of the most beautiful art in it that I've ever seen. Proportions are never off and faces are shown in different angles without it being hard to tell who is who. Those two aforementioned things are sometimes complete art killers.
Then you get to the storyline. It's short, sweet, but still meaningful. The angst was palpable throughout. I absolutely loved the two main characters! I wish I could find me a Takeru that I couldn't live without. Lol. You can tell he sincerely cares for her and he's never mean or purposely ignored her.
I really do love when a mangaka does that. There's way too many obnoxious, arrogant playboys as the male leading roles and I can only rarely end up liking that character. Instead I'm always rooting for the sweet childhood friend or some other secondary character.
Komori (the mangaka) is extremely talented and I plan on keeping an eye out for more of her work.
Overall: 10/10
Recommended for lovers of: a sweet one shot with hot swimmers, inner-club love, female lead being older than male lead, male lead falling in love first, and crazy beautiful art.

I really like both of the characters, & how supportive the male lead is! Although not uncommon, the plot was interestingly carried. And the art was really beautiful, which made “their” swimming pool moments all the more beautiful! Those will make you go doki doki ^ ^ I especially loved the ending scenes! If you’re just looking for a short drama free read, then go for it!
