I knew of the mangaka due to the somewhat abusive Chocolate Junkie and the over convoluted "sequel" (7/10 for both) but she appears to have learned from the past and managed to immediately grab my attention here.
The humor works well and the lead is her most engaging "flawed" heroines yet. The art is very refined and may be a selling point on it´s own. Jumping is one of the best countryside manga this side of Ja Ja Uma Grooming UP! (8,5/10) so let´s hope that it won´t start to stumble.
Update: The series ends on an abrupt and inconclusive note, so i have to adjust my rating down. The manga is still worth a read.
