The best Shoujo manga ever!

After the latest chapter translated, which is c.18, my heart feels full; I'm filled with weird, bubbly happiness. I love this so so so so so much.
It has been great from the start. There were misunderstandings, miscommunication and drama right here and there; but the drama stopped at the best timing.
I love the female lead so so much. The male lead too. Ugh, i love this couple. The male lead's personality is refreshing in shoujo manga world: dude's chill, like really chill, you can't read him, you don't know what he really thinks. But he also doesn't hide stuff, he doesn't lie. He seems experienced in dating but he's actually just normal. He has his coward time too. And Nonoka, our girl, starts off to be your typical shoujo girl, who wants a boyfriend so desperately it might come off annoying. However, Nonoka has this really special thing about her that makes me love her so much, that i can't really describe. She knows how to be happy. Being happy. Yeah, it's simply that. When Nonoka thinks "I'm happy", her thoughts would show up in those white rectangular boxes, and I'm happy too. I feel happy too, Nonoka. I squeal and swoon when our couple finally get toghether. Even her hobby is to "think of happy thing". It's somehow just so wholesome, endearing and nostalgic. When she's in love, she's really in love, it's almost like she's been possessed. Hehe. In many other manga, i can't really feel this happiness, maybe that's because the other female leads do not look at happiness as mindfully as Nonoka does. They might be a tsundere girl who can't be honest with their feelings; or even after they get together with their male lead, they just got caught up in another drama. Or most of the time, they don't stop and think "I'm happy" like Nonoka does. Their happy moments fleet very quickly. How long has it been since i encountered a girl who can be happy like Nonoka?, i wonder.
This series is so peaceful, so fluffy yet realistic. It is the best shoujo ever, ever, ever. 12/10. I love this so much.
I spent my morning searching and searching where i could buy the physical book, because currently it has only been translated to English to chapter 18, volume 5. The Spanish translation is around chapter 40, volume 10 i guess, and the latest chapter they updated was like, 1000 days ago (it's April 2023 by the time i'm writing it). When i got to chapter 14, i read it really really slowly because i don't wanna run out of chapters to read, that's just how good this manga is. Then i kept thinking of ways i can continue to read this, like joining into the English translation team; or send this manga to some Vietnamese translation group and help them redraw, typeset, everything just so they could buy the Jp raw and translate this for me. That's how desperate i am. Actually, i'm rl unmotivated today but after reading this shoujo, i decided that this is something i really like, I wanna work hard so i could buy a physical copy of it 🦁༎ຶ‿༎ຶ i even considered learning Japanese again so i could read this manga.
Anyway, after reading chapter 18, i feel like i could see it as a satisfying, lovely ending. ╰(⸝⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝⸝)╯let's work hard to the day where i can fly to Japan to buy this manga.
----
Lastly, i'm glad our male lead doesn't fall into the "super handsome" or "super popular" type. Welp, she does realize HE is an ikemen later on though ¯\_ʘ‿ʘ_/¯

If there’s was one word to define this series it would simply be “cute”
Love Sensei other work, My love story and high school debut. After I found out about this one, I read this one immediately. The artwork as someone has pointed out, has gotten better. I actually didn’t mind her artwork from before but seeing it again and be better, is always a plus in my book.
Story starts off very similar to high school debut. A girl wanting to find love. Might be consider boring, cliche, or a typical shoujo title, but if your willingly to get pass that, like My love story, it’s a very cute one. The male lead or mainly her live interest comes off like a sly snake character. Being very secretive and mysterious and his smile. Almost similar to Gin from bleach and Sai from Naruto. But mostly Yoh’s friend from Her other work High school debut. “Haha” but her always a very interesting and likable character especially with our main female lead. Like sensei other works, they don’t take forever to admit they like each other (which is a plus for me.) and we do get to see how the go pass dating. (Which I very much appreciate it) it’s a very cute And different kind of manga and I hope it will get an English license in the west one day.

dude they are so endearing. after chapter 13 or so they start dating and is so much fluff. I like how weird the dude is. He isn't the most handsome or whatever, just some guy. I like how they came to realize they were in love as well. It was quite different from what shoujo's usually do. Just go for it for some funsies and to pass the time.

Started off as a guilty pleasure, hoping it becomes more

I started reading this because I like her previous works, and especially her style of art. This story starts off pretty cliche with no real plot, but I couldn't help but read on because I found the whole thing to be pretty cute - I think the story gets better after volume 4, I read up to vol.6 which is all that is out for now so I am looking forward to reading more and seeing the plot develop more

If you're in the mood for a typical shojo, where the girl only desires to fall in love.
I would like to see a growth in the girl behaviour, no only wanting to fall in love. Also I would LOVE if the boy wasn't so CREEPY. Why does he has to smile every time? He's appearance is weird to me.
-
Ok, so now I surpass chapter 15, and it has become SO ANNOYING: The protagonist is extremely dumb, the guy is never clear and very creepy with that smile. What about the third guy that she uses or the ex beyonce of the guy? Why making it so long if we know they're going to end up together?
This author really needs to go out of the cliche, it need some level of deepnes.

The mangaka of the truly great and reviewed Ore Monogatari!! (9/10), who is now also doing the art, never impressed me in her other works but this one shows improvement and promise. The to the point pacing is certainly a plus.
Let´s see where the freshly debuted story will lead us.
Update: I lasted 2 volumes and what i got was another functioning, yet cliche driven, shoujo romance in every sense of the word. The author thus reverted to her previous quality level. Better luck next time.
