Sequel or Alt Universe (it's a bit ... odd) version of his previous work, Mika ni Harassment. Several storylines are repeated wholesale -- Mika ends up in an alternate nudist universe again, Mika is brainwashed to become a nudist in the main universe, etc. One addition seems to be a mad scientist older version of Mika that keeps showing up and forcing Mika into lewd situations.
