I wouldn't call this story just fluff. It had some realistic elements to it, especially related to the Uke's career, each of their insecurities and fears, having to worry about hiding their homosexual relationship, etc. Most of this story was actually pretty uneasy and full of conflict and unspoken feelings. The Uke has very legitimate worries, and is terrified of being hurt again and therefore tries his hardest not to give in to his budding feelings for Seme. The Seme is insecure because Uke never acknowledges anything about their relationship, and withholds his true feelings so much that Seme thinks he doesn't really care about him and looks down on him. It's not until towards the end of the story that Uke starts to be more truthful and Seme starts to feel more secure, and that Uke feels more secure and gives himself more fully.
Something I like about this one is that Uke isn't feminized. He is somewhat crass and unromantic. The illustrations of him are also not feminine, which is so refreshing! He's just a normal guy, not the usual simpering Uke who somehow has a body just like a girls.

I can't believe this manga isn't popular, it's awesome. I really felt my heart melt, such a wholesome story should be illegal. There's no tragic backstory, there's not an evil antagonist, there are no miracles to make it work... just two men who fell in love. The dynamic between them is great, and it never gets boring. I loved it.
