Feels like the mangaka chickened out on exploring the theme further and taking the plot deeper. I liked how it was set in an era that barely understood omega rights, but the mangaka only scratched the surface and the topic was treated shallowly. Wished there could have been more exposition.
This manga is pretty good, and I liked reading it so far, but I had a couple problems with it. Namely the random was that the characters' relationship progressed. While I thought that it was touching, I feel like it was a little forced. Also, there is a lot of violence/rape/angst, so avoid this manga if you don't like those.
An omegaverse set on ancient Japan!!!
Now thats unusual.... I love stories where the couple are different in social status.
The alpha in the story is very kind and a gentleman... I quite like him to be honest!!
He is very sweet and protective to his Omega!!!
