Description
Kurumizawa wants to get back to the land, so he leaves Tokyo, buys a ramshackle house in a mountain village, and starts farming. He has a lot to learn, though, so he’s lucky to meet local furniture maker Usa, who shows him around and helps him renovate his house.

I've been on kick of watching home renovation and country living channels on youtube as a sort of relaxing, destressing, and re-centering activity to distract me from my daily grind.
This manga was the absolute perfect marriage of both of those things. I love the characters, the scenery, the dedication to small details, and the slice-of-life aspect of this hapless teacher from the city learning to sustain himself in the countryside.
The fact that this isn't a BL isn't a deterrent at all, it makes it a much simpler tale. This would have been absolutely GENIUS to continue as a slow burn BL, however xD Sensei PLEASE!!!
