What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Description
Sayoko was just reading peacefully in her backyard, waiting for her relative Iyahaya Nantomo to arrive, when some homeless kid in a large overcoat suddenly comes in and says he's Iyahaya Nantomo (?) and runs off. The guards catch him and bring him in, but then it's revealed they've made a mistake and technically kidnapped him! So to save face the boy has to pose as Iyahaya Nantomo...or else!

Well, this series just isn't your typical ecchi comedy, as it has this school tournament which is big part of the story that's basically masochist torture with comedy. So, warning that this is crazy on another level.

Well, unless they are talking about mutilation and cutting off limbs (you know, things that wouldn't be exactly 'comedy'), I think it is safe to assume that whoever put that up is simply touchy when it comes to ecchi (even if it were light). This is not my first time seeing such a useless warning. My advice is: Try the first chapter; if it is bad, you drop it; if it is good you keep going. No one will die here because of a story.

Please, what does that mean? It would be helpful to know either which type of audiences this IS for or which type of audience this is NOT for. Did someone put that note there because of the Ecchi tag? Is it more ecchi than most manga marked Ecchi?

Please give us a little more info! Thanks!

BTW, I haven't read this, so I'm not going to rate it.
