I wasn't expecting much from it in the first place because just looking at it reminds me of *Her pet

It's really a good read, but the ending feels unsatisfying. There's not much of a denouement and the relationships and the people involved have an uncanny inability to speak and be honest with each other. The art is nice. The characters are likable, but a bit flat at times. It's very clear which characters exist simply for the sake of another's story. But, alas, the emotions are written honestly. The story is sweet and realistic in terms of young people coming into themselves as adults and young adults. It has its moments, but the ending has a way of ruining all that was nice. I still cried a little bit for it, though.
