At Chapter 10: If you liked Vampire Knights you might like this. I am currently reading chapter 30 in season 1. It is a sweet romance with a narcissistic lead male and a confused female protagonist. There are some mysterious side characters such as the older brother and the possible vampire Slayer. I'm interested in seeing where it goes. I wish it was a little bit more kinky, I feel like it would have been on par with Choubatsu Sennyou no Pet because both of the characters are super attractive and the sex scenes would have been awesome. Because it doesn't really go into that, I feel a little cheated.
At Chapter 45: Wow, that was an unexpected plot twist! How is this going to turn out! I feel so sorry for them! This is so interesting! I can't stop reading!
At Chapter 70: Okay, so this was a pretty good read. Very engrossing. The characters pull you in. It has a lot of elements that apply to us in the modern day; the ideas of racial intermixing and deep social prejudice issues. It has gotten very deep, it's much more than a love story. I am looking forward to reading the other two seasons and seeing how it ends. I hope for the best, but who knows!

I'm sucker for this type of manhua

I feel so weird, this is mostly european ambiance with horses&nobles mixed with crank telephones and... cars.

Please disregard comments where they clearly state they did not even finish the first season. I suspect those make up most of the poor reviews.

The male lead is pure trash through most of season 1. The female lead isn't great either, she's pretty weak. Then there's a time skip and you start to see the characters really change. There are also some really great side characters that you become invested in, and frequent plot twists to keep you guessing.

I have one actual complaint, which is the cause of the 9/10 rating. The ending was good, but it felt a little rushed. Basically, there's another time skip and I wish I had seen what happened during it.

I also want to mention that there are 2 things I really wanted to see but didn't get to. I don't hold these against the story because they're not really needed, but still I wanted them.

Really love the series and how the ML pampered the FL. It made me want to read the story until the extra chapters. The FL change from weak to strong. Both the couples had their challenges, but they could go through it together ❤

I read the available 7 chapters and uhhhhh. Its nothin special ya know. Arrogant asshole male lead that harbors some lame ass excuse of angst that's supposed to make him likeable to the reader. The female is pitiable and weakens against the male lead as soon as he's injured despite it being her running away from him prior to that. Its so annoying.
