Manga deals with heavy topics like abuse, death of the family members and finding a new guardian. One of the themes is also pedophilia, after all FL is middle schooler and agrees to have sex with her own uncle in order to have a place to live and not be alone. Their relationship isn't so cruel tho(look at cover), but still morally not appropriete.
In other words, It's one of those manga that leave a split in your heart because even though it is good to read and you like the characters, you know that what they are doing is wrong.
