I'm a sucker for these types of manga lately, where the mc reincarnates into a monster/animal of some kind. It's quite interesting, especially if the author can pull it off properly with making the change in species actually relevant instead of just cosmetic, I feel like it was done fairly well here.
It's a pretty cool and light-hearted story that is more slice-of-life than anything else, the mc just wants to do stuff at his own pace and take care of the beastgirls he met upon arriving. Thus he helps good guys he comes across, builds a house for the wolf girls and travels around the area. Not sure if he'll ever go away from that particular forest though, that might be interesting later on. By the way, seems the three more mature of the wolf girl sisters are romantically interested in the mc and makes some advances on him, which is a bit freaky but who am I to judge, it's not as if it's uncalled for seeing what he's done for them. I doubt there will be any significant romantic development though, the mc being a polar bear and all. He just seems to feel like an older brother regarding them, not that he doesn't have some indecent thoughts now and then that he quickly brushes aside, but wouldn't it be boring if he didn't?
Unlike many other japanese works, despite being slice of life, this one can be relatively bloody, the mc won't save people like a knight in shining armour while making sure no one dies, nope, he comes late and while decides whether or not to interfere, people die quite gorily. At the very start, he even massacred dozens of humans that attacked the wolf girls(he also kills people without a care in the world later on as well). That he's not really disturbed by killing people or animals and how it could likely be because he turned into a polar bear-esque monster is a nice touch, hell, he even used some adventurers dead friend as bait after he died because the mc wasn't quick enough on deciding whether to help or not, haha. I'm really sick of the japanese stuff where the mc just can't kill anyone or anything unless it's a non-humanoid monster and how they always manage to save anyone, people dying frequently adds a bit more realism, gotta say I greatly appreciate that, well, as long as it isn't the main characters, heh. Gotta feel sorry for the ones who f*ck with the new family(harem?) of the polar bear protagonist, it already happened a few times and the end result wasn't pretty for the people who did it.
Hmm, what more to add... Well, maybe that the translater just loves to add bear puns into the dialogue. Beary good, clawthes(clothes) etc. I found it to be a somewhat good addition, but I wonder if it was present in the original? As I haven't read the raws in japanese, I wouldn't know.
Overall, it's a pretty nice, soothing yet relatively(compared to many other isekai stories) immersive slice-of-life adventure(there are some drama, but it's nothing big since we know nothing will happen in the end). Definitely something I recommend, should suit most people. There's also almost no fanservice, so don't worry about that.

I liked the concept, but the execution was horrible.
