To be perfectly honest, it's not that good. It's decent enough to read but it's supposed to be a gag manga yet it's hardly even funny. It tries to be silly but the jokes fall flat all the time. Also, you truly need to love overlord to understand everything that is going on and laugh at many of the jokes. I did get a few laughs out of the first 6 chapters(the entire volume 1), but it's just not that funny. A manga like this shouldn't just make me laugh a few times, I should laugh at least a dozen times in a volume's worth of chapters. There wasn't even any great laughs that left me unable to keep it in.
My verdict is... Read this if you love overlord, but don't expect too much. It's nice as some extra material.
