It'll do for a sequel

Not outstanding by any means but this manga serves as an adequate conclusion to this couple's story after dealing with the token issues of overcoming a potential love rival and coming out to their family in a typical BL relationship, and in a fairly non-cliched manner at that. The mangaka was clearly making a concious effort to subvert the usual tropes that the audience has now been conditioned to expect in romance fiction and to surprise them with how she untangles the knots and resolves each conflict when she wrote this story, similar to what she did in the prequel, and I always appreciate it when authors are self-aware of their genre and the cliches that come with it. This author in particular is pretty good, not brilliant, but she gets the job done and I don't really have any qualms with her style (both in writing and in drawing).
